We all learn in different ways depending on numerous personality factors. So before employees begin taking Udemy classes they first have to figure out the learning style best fit for them.
Now its time to take classes personalized to you and most importantly keep track of your progress. With statistics available for the whole company to see, users are motivated to perform their best and reach the top of the leaderboard. Incentives can be chosen by companies for employees performing at these higher levels.

To finish the campaign, Udemy will host an award show to highlight the best learners on Udemy. Top point earnes from the app will be invited to the award show in San Francisco where Udemy is headquartered. There they can win awards in categories like “Most Classes Taken”, “Best Performance”, “Most curious”, and more.
